Payment MethodsPatients are responsible for full payment at the time of each visit. We accept payment by either card or cash. Receipts can be provided at any time upon request.
Cancellations and Missed AppointmentsWe would ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend for your appointment. Upon request we are happy to provide a Reminder Call to patients the day before their scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments missed or cancelled within 24 hours.

Private Health InsuranceWe are approved by many major health insurance providers. If you are intending to recover the cost of your osteopathic treatment through your insurance policy, we recommend that you contact your insurer before treatment commences as you may require their authorisation.
BUPA and AXA PPPStephen Hewitt was an approved osteopathic practitioner with BUPA and AXA PPP for 15 years. However due to changes in their terms and conditions which he did not feel were in the best interests of patient care, he has withdrawn his registration. Members of these insurance companies are still welcome to attend the practice however they will be personally responsible for treatment fees.
